By engaging in any investment, using our services, or contacting our support team, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• You must provide a valid government-issued ID and complete our Identity verification process before any investment is accepted.
• You agree to only use your own identity and information when registering or participating in our services.
2. Investment Overview
• The minimum investment amount is $200.
• Investors who deposit $500 or more are eligible for a 10% cashback bonus, issued within 24 hours or as stipulated in the investment package.
• Investments are fully managed by professional traders with expertise in forex, commodities, indices, and crypto markets.
• Investors do not need to trade manually or access third-party trading platforms.
3. Expected Returns
• Monthly profits are estimated at 11% to 16%, based on historical trading results and market conditions.
• All ROI figures are projections only, not guaranteed.
• Your actual return may vary due to market performance, risk tolerance settings, and reinvestment options.
4. Cashback Offer
• Cashback offers apply only to investments of $500 and above.
• If an investor terminates their contract within the first 30 days, cashback bonuses may be deducted from the final payout to prevent misuse.
5. Verification Process
• All investors must complete a WhatsApp video call verification to confirm identity and age.
• A clear image of a valid government-issued ID must be submitted. All sensitive details should be blurred, leaving only the Date of Birth and Expiry Date visible.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or freeze accounts where identity cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Reinvestment and Compounding
• By default, monthly profits are automatically reinvested to grow investor capital.
• Investors may opt out of reinvestment and request to receive monthly profits by submitting a written request to support.
• Compound interest strategies are offered but come with increased exposure to market risks.
7. Withdrawal Policy
• Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 1–5 business days, though this may be affected by broker delays, verification issues, or external financial conditions.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the amount, timing, and method of withdrawal.
8. Termination of Investment Contract
• Investors may terminate their investment agreement at any time by submitting a formal request.
• Early termination may result in reduced or forfeited returns, especially if bonuses or reinvested profits are involved.
• Final balances after contract termination will be calculated based on the current account performance.
9. Communication & Support
• Official communication is handled via WhatsApp and email.
• Support is available Monday to Saturday, during normal business hours.
• Investors are expected to keep contact information up to date and respond to verification or update requests promptly.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
• We are committed to protecting your personal data.
• All sensitive documents are stored securely and used strictly for compliance and verification.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
11. Modification of Terms
• Bull Stock Trading Experts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Updated versions will be published on our official website.
• Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Non-Solicitation & Anti-Fraud Policy
• You may not impersonate others, create fake investment identities, or misuse referral programs.
• We do not solicit or guarantee profit outcomes through spam, high-pressure tactics, or misrepresentation.
• Violations of this policy may result in account termination and legal action.
13. No Financial Advice
• Information provided by Bull Stock Trading Experts is for educational and informational purposes only.
• We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and consulting with professionals if needed.
14. Investor Fund Protection
